Relationship Managers (Wholesale/corporate banking)

The selected candidate should possess skills to handle portfolio planning, asset marketing, relationship building and management. Moreover, the individuals are expected to have an in-depth understanding of various sectors of the economy enabling them to structure transactions on the basis of customer needs/ business requirements and repayment capacity of the customer.

Relationship Managers (Special assets management)

The incumbents having diversified banking experience with forte in handling recovery of classified assets will be suitable for the position. The selected candidates shall be actively involved in the following:

Compilation of defaulters’ data and notices to the defaulter.
Verification of land properties and identification of lease assets.
Accounting action planning and recovery strategies.

Qualification:

Candidates for both position must be at least master degree holder. Preference will be given to those, having qualification of master of business administration MBA or equivalent from higher education commission recognized universities. Minimum five years of diversified banking experience with at least three years in similar discipline. Candidate’s age should be preferably less than thirty two years for Relationship Managers (Wholesale/corporate banking) and it is less than forty years for Relationship Managers (Special assets management).
