Relationship Manager (Assets)
A candidate must have MBA, M.Com, masters in banking
or finance or any equivalent degree from HEC recognized Pakistani or reputed
foreign universities. At least four years of experience in banking / financial
institution in commercial / SME lending. Marketing / handling of trade shall be
an added advantage. Preferable age is less than 40 years on May 31, 2015.

Team Leader (Assets, SME, Commercial and Agriculture)
Qualification for team leader is similar to relation
manager with three years of experience and age less than 38 years.

Credit Appraisal Reviewer

Agriculture Credit Officer (ACO)
Similar qualification with two years of experience and
age less than 35 years on May 31, 2015.
Location for all above mentioned post is all over
Pakistan.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required
Ability to manage and enhance the existing commercial
/ SME loan portfolio and solicit new relationships in order to meet the defined
business targets. Ability to analyse financial statements, preparation of
credit applications, documentation and post sanction monitoring through
periodic account review. Knowledge of trade and assessment of credit risk;
strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills are required. Ability
to evaluate and review credit proposal (commercial) which have been originated
from the branches in respective region. Also to ensure that processing is in
compliance with bank’s credit policies and with guidelines as set forth by the
regularity authority. Coordinating with the credit administration department
(CAD) on behalf of branches for timely and smooth processing of post approval
documentation and subsequent disbursements. Ensure timely recovery of mark-up
and renewals of booked portfolio. Facilitate branches in marketing fresh credit
proposals, preparation of MIS for enhanced credit controls and monitoring is
required. Portfolio management in terms of growth, quality, profit and loss,
NPLs and collection paradigm enforcement. Coordinate and facilitate internal
and external audits. Undertake intensive touring to establish personal contacts
with progressive and potential farmers and identify prospective active and
honest farmers who are keen to improve their agricultural production. Ensure
availability of finance applications forms to farmers in their villages.
Identify suitable marketing channels and offer assistance to market the
products with specific institutions / government agencies to fetch better
prices for the borrowers.
