Pakistan International Airlines
Corporation is embarking upon a revitalization plan. The airline believes that
human capital is central to its turnaround strategy and seeks services of
meritorious, highly talented and energetic professionals. In this regard, PIAC have already advertised the positions of general manager, deputy general manager and managers in the press on 10/3/2015 and
15/4/2015. To provide an opportunity for a wider competition, the following
positions are re-advertised with some modifications.

Qualification:
Candidates having following
qualification from HEC recognized leading universities. Masters in Business Administration / Masters in the field of: Human
resource, finance, marketing, sale, customer care / hospitality, planning,
market research, public relation / media management / mass communication, IT,
Law. Candidates having qualifications of CA
/ ACMA / FCA / FCMA/ ACCA are also encourage to apply but certification in
relevant fields of finance are also required. Master / certification in relevant field of IT MCS / MIT / B.E /BS in
computer engineering and telecom engineering. LLM / LLB / Bar at Law,
having experience in drafting, negotiating and vetting all types of commercial
agreements, tender documents and all other relevant issues. Preference will be
given to foreign qualified candidates from leading universities.
Experience:
Relevant work experience with
reputable organizations for post of general manager is ten years, for deputy general
manager is six years, for managers and assistant managers is four years. Candidates
having more experience will be given preference.
Notes:
Maximum age for all above
mentioned positions will be 50 years as on last date of advertisement.
Successful candidates will be offered market based salary and fringe benefits.
They will be hired on contract for 02 years which will be extendable on the basis of suitable performance of employee. Candidate must have excellent academic record. Internal employees
meeting the job specifications can also apply as per Pakistan International Airline rules.
