Candidates must have Ph.D. / M Phil in chemistry or similar discipline with 10
to 15 years’ experience of research and development in industrial sector.
Candidates should be able to design, develop and formulate new products /
processes in accordance with both local and international market demands. An in depth
knowledge and hands on experience on blending techniques with proven track
record and also optimize production by analysing process and identifying
areas for use of latest process techniques / technologies is required for this
post. An understanding and knowledge of all regulatory requirements with
