Accountant cum Administrative Assistant
Place of Work is NTTFC, Ministry of Commerce, Islamabad for term of 2 years with possible extension having remuneration of Rs. 43,200 - 2,160 - 64,800. Candidates must have qualification of B.Com or BBA with finance/accounts. Good understanding of administration and accounting software's and skill in use of MS Office is the job requirement. A dynamic & result oriented person with ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently & effectively in a well-organized manner and able to work independently is suitable for this job post. Ability to work under pressure and to respond quickly and good IT related skills to manage daily work and assignments are required. Candidates having 5 years of related work experience in administration and accounts departments of private, public or government organizations are encourage to apply.

Land Records Management & Information Systems is a major project of the Government of Punjab being executed by the Board of Revenue with financial assistance of the World Bank. Applications from Punjab domiciled candidates are invited for appointment on contract basis against the post of assistant in the project. Candidates’ age should be in between twenty two to thirty years. Total number of posts are three and salary is Rs 30000/=. Candidates must have Bachelor’s Degree (2nd division) from a recognized Institute. Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant field is required. Applications accompanied by CV, copies of attested educational certificates, experience certificates, one passport size photograph, copies of CNIC & Domicile should reach the undersigned during office hours by 15.07.2015. Appointments will be subject to terms and conditions as determined by the Government of the Punjab. Public sector employees may also apply with the permission of respective Head of the Departments. Number of posts can be increased /decreased for Service Centre in accordance with the sanctioned strength for District / tehsil as per requirement without any notice. Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and no TA/DA shall be admissible for the purpose. Envelopes must be clearly marked with the post applied for. The selected candidates will be on probation for 90 days. The following quotas shall continue to be observed for the above mentioned posts on contract basis.
a) 3% quota for disabled persons b) 5% quota for minorities c) 15% quota for women d) 20% quota for the children of serving/retired government servants in BS-l to 5, from representative department.
