Development and Management Company (PIEDMC) established by the Government of
the Punjab in Public-Private Partnership to achieve orderly, planned and rapid
industrialization in the Province of Punjab by developing a chain of new
industrial estates and upgradation of existing ones.
Chief operating officer:
Qualification: Minimum B.Sc.
(Civil Engineering), M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) will be considered additional qualification
from HEC recognized University. Experience: 20 years with 5 years of strategical
management experience.
General Manager Technical:
Qualification: Minimum B.Sc. (Civil
Engineering).M.Sc. (Civil Engineering) will be considered additional qualification
from HEC recognized University. Experience: 15 years with 5 years of
strategical management experience.
GENERAL MANAGER SPECIAL PROJECT:
Qualification: MBA/ M.Sc.
(Civil Engineering) from HEC recognized university. Experience: 15 years with 5
years of strategical management experience. Engineering degree preferable.
GENERAL MANAGER MARKETING:
Qualification: MBA/ MPA/ MA/ M.Sc.
from HEC recognized university. MBA (Marketing) will be given preference. Experience:15
years’ experience of customer relation. Ability to strategies and build
marketing campaigns, image building, public relation, real estate, civil projects,
strategic business planning. financial modelling & budgeting and
acquisitions. With 5 years of strategical management experience having the
knowledge of industrial and business environment.
GENERAL MANAGER LEGAL:
Qualification: Minimum LLB.
LL.M will be considered additional qualification from HEC recognized university.
Experience: 15 years of legal practices, experience of contracts vetting and
managing documentation of transfers.
GENERAL MANAGER ADMINISTRATION & HR:
Qualification: MBA /MPA /M.A. from HEC recognized university. MBA(HR)
will be given preference. Experience: 15 years with 5 years of HRM experience.
Minimum age limit for all job
