Qualification: BSC/MSC or equivalent
Strong work tenure 2 to 5 years of experience
Responsibilities will include
Manage the CEO's calendar & schedule‘s appointment &
day to day operation of CEO’s office
Correspond & travel on behalf of the CEO, prepare and/or
edit internal & external correspondence including letters, faxes, emails
and memos.
Handle travel arrangements
Actively build useful networks of contacts.
Maintain files & records in organized & efficient
manners.
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Expert level written and verbal communication skills
Expert in updating & maintain company website.
Networking, Internet Access and Data backups, Hardware,
Software and
General Network issues etc & expert in MS Office.
Coordinating with all internal and external customers.
