Punjab Saaf Pani Company (PSPC)

Section 42 of the Companies
Ordinance 1984. Company intends to hire staff for the positions below.
Candidates having hands on experience of working with MD/CEO in a Public/Private
sector organizations and strong grip on MS-Office are encouraged to apply.
Executive Secretary / P.S:
Shorthand expert, Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax
messages; Direct the general public to the appropriate staff member, Maintain
the general filing system and file all correspondence of CEO office, Manage
electronic diary, Writing Minutes and taking dictations, Respond to public
inquiries.
Criteria: 3-5 Years’ relevant
experience in Public/Private Sector, 14Years Education (BS Honors 4 years, MA
English & Social Sciences would be preferable)
A Personal Staff Officer (PS0 to
CEO): Assist in planning and preparation of meetings and conferences, Arrangement
and preparations for Board and committee meetings; maintain an adequate
inventory of CEO office supplies, Provide word processing and secretarial
support, Compose/Type confidential documents and letters, Prepare working paper
for meetings.
Criteria: 5 -10 Years relevant
experience in Public I Private Sector, 16Years Education (BS Honors 4 years, MA
English 8: Social Sciences would be preferable)
Personal Assistant: Organizing
travel and preparing complex travel itineraries; Liaising with staff and
clients etc. Planning, organizing and managing travelling and route protocol,
Attending events/meetings as the principal’s representative, Conducting
research on the internet, Writing reports, executive summaries and newsletters,
Sourcing and ordering stationery and office equipment. field work whenever
assigned by worthy CEO.
Criteria: 3-5 Years relevant
experience in Public I Private Sector, 14Years Education (BS Honors 4 years. MA
English & social science would be preferred
