The Islamia University of
Bahawalpur intends to hire project staff for the project coordination unit
under the project "Strengthening of existing departments at the
University" approved by higher education commission of Pakistan.
Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals on contract basis for the
project duration.
Project Coordinator having MS
in business administration or M.Sc. in civil engineering with ten years of
relevant experience or MBA/ B.E(B.Sc.) in civil with twelve years of experience
is required. Pay package is eighty five thousand Pakistani rupees per
month inclusive of all allowances. Candidate having qualification and
experience in project management will be given preference.
XEN project having B.Sc. in
civil engineering from HEC recognized university or equivalent qualification
with five years of experience in professional work especially in construction
and maintenance of building is required. Salary is seventy five
thousand fixed.
Sub engineer (civil) having
secondary school certificate with three years course from polytechnic institute
or college of technology or other similar institute in the concern field with
three years of experience in relevant field. Salary include forty
five thousand rupees.
Office assistant having a
degree from recognized university with three years of experience in government
or semi government department or a university in a post comparable to that
of a senior clerk is required. A person having a previous experience of
dealing with project accounting will be preferred.
The candidates have to submit
applications along with attested copies of degrees, experience certificates,
two recent photographs and a crossed bank draft worth Rs. 1200/- for
project coordinator and xen project post and Rs. 500/- for sub engineer (civil)
and office assistant post in favour of the treasurer, the Islamia University of
Bahawalpur. Prescribed application forms can be obtained from the office of
Registrar during office hours or can also download from HERE. In service candidates should
apply through proper channel. 5 % quota for minorities and 3 % for disable is
reserved. Applications complete in all respects must reach the office latest by
Monday, 15 June 2015. Incomplete applications or received after due date will
not be entertained.
