DGM (Production/Mechanical! Electrical)

B.Sc Engineering / B.E in relevant ﬁeld, 1^st division from recognized University, with 15 years relevant practical experience (At least 10 years in Cement Industry).

Manager (Power plant)

B.Sc I B.E (Mechanical / Electrical Engg.) in 1^st division from recognized University with 12 years practical experience of maintenance & operation of Power Plants preferably on Wartsila Gas Gensets, Coal Fired Boilers and Waste Heat Recovery Power Plants, (At least 5 years in Cement Industry).

Manager (mining)

B.Sc / B.E (Mechanical Engg.) in 1^st division from recognized University with 12 years practical experience of Lime stone quarry and mining operations. (At least 5 years in Cement Industry).

Manager (Auto Shop)

B.Sc/ B.E (Mechanical /Automobile Engg.) in 1*‘ division from recognized University with 12 years practical experience of Managing repair & maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery smooth operations of Auto shop (At least 5 years in Cement Industry).

Manager (Admin)

MBAI MPA (HRM) in 1*‘ division from recognized University, 08 to 10 years’ experience of administrative / HR / Legal matters, Industrial relations & labour Laws. (At least 5 years in Cement Industry).

Manager (Safety)

MBA / MPA/ Graduate in 1“ division from recognized university with Safety certifications and 8 to 10 years’ experience of development, implementation 8 monitoring of Health, Safety 8 environmental management system, Fire prevention methods etc. NEBOSH Certiﬁcation will be preferred.

Manager (Security)

Retd Army Coln / Maj, with 8 to 10 years’ experience of development, implementation 8 monitoring of Safety 8 Security systems of a large

DM (Auto Shop)

DAE (Automobiles) / 8 Tech. from recognized Institute. 8 to 12 Years of experience of Repair 8 Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery, (At least 5 years’ experience in Cement industry)

DM (Admin)

MBA / MPA (HRM) / Graduate in 1^st division from recognized University, 5 to 7 years’ experience in administrative/HR / Legal Matters, Industrial relations & labour Laws. (At least 5 years in Cement Industry).

DM (Safety)

MBA/ MPA Graduate with 5 to 7 years practical experience in the Health & Safety & Environmental Management. NEBOSH Certification will be preferred.

AM /SAM (Mining)

B.Sc Engineering (Mining) with 1^st division from recognized university. 5 to 7 years Practical experience of Mining & Quarry Operations, at least 2 to 3 years’ experience in Cement Industry.

Technical officer (Auto shop)

DAE (Automobiles), 8 Tech. from recognized Institute. 7 to 10 Years of experience Repair & Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery, Experience of Cement Industry will be preferred.

Junior Officer (IT)

MCS / BCS /BIT with 3^rd division from recognized university. 2 to 3 years’ experience of networking system.
