The mission of
Sukkur IBA is to contribute and serve community by imparting knowledge through
innovative teaching and applied research at the global levels of excellence. We
aim to establish and sustain a competitive meritorious environment by
strengthening faculty and using state of the art technology to produce
graduates with analytical & creative thinking, leadership skills and
entrepreneurial spirit, who possess global outlook and are conscious of ethical
values.
We need the services of dynamic, qualified and energetic candidates in
following categories.
1. Lecturer
(BPS-18) for human resource management and finance subjects. Candidates must
have qualification of Master's/Bachelor's degree (16 years of education) in the
relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution. Assistant
Professors (BPS-19/TTS) are required for subjects of Supply Chain Management, Human
Resource Management, Management / Entrepreneurship, Finance, Agribusiness, International
Relations, Psychology and Sociology. Candidates can either have qualification of
PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution or Master's
degree (18 years of education) in the relevant field from an HEC recognized
University/ Institution. No experience required for PhD degree holder. But 4
years teaching/research/professional experience in the relevant field is
required for master qualified candidates. Candidates are required for Associate
Professor (BPS-20/ITTS) for subjects of Mathematics and Education. Candidates
must have PhD in the relevant field from an HEC recognized University/
Institution and ten years of teaching/research/professional experience in the
relevant field. 10 research publications with at least 4 publications in the
last 5 years in HEC recognized journals is also required.
