Tribal area Electric Supply
Company TESCO Peshawar requires the services of suitable candidate against the following
posts, on contract basis, on the terms and conditions mentioned against each
post and in light of establishment division government of Pakistan, Islamabad
instruction issued time to time.
Applications are invited for the
post of junior engineer/SDO (operation) from candidates having bachelor in
electrical engineering preferably in power engineering with first division or equivalent
degree from university recognized by higher education commission and also
having registration certificate of Pakistan Engineering Council PEC. Candidates
having bachelor degree in civil engineering are required o apply for Junior
Engineer/SDO (civil) post. Three years diploma of associate engineering in
electrical / electronic technology with first division from any government
polytechnic institutes is required for the posts of line superintendent -I
(LS-I), line superintendent -II (LS-II) and sub station operator-II (SSO-II).
For the post of accounts assistant, candidates having B.Com with auditing and
advanced accounting or BBA in finance with at-least 50% marks with expertise in
current PC operating system, MS word, PowerPoint and excel. For the post of sub
station attendant, candidates having matric in science with at least C grade,
having two to three years of diploma are encourage to apply. Preference will be
given to candidates having one year of experience in trade.
Terms and Conditions
Age relaxation will be admissible
as per federal government rules. Serving candidates are advised to apply
through proper channel. Only short listed candidates are called for interview.
Candidates if selected will be required to perform duty anywhere in the area under
the jurisdiction of TESCO. In complete applications or applications containing
incomplete information will be rejected. Number of post may be increased or decreased
at any stage of recruitment process as per requirement of the company. Original
documents must be presented at the time of interview. Candidates may contact
NTS for any query regarding written test display of provisional or final list, roll
number slip, test centres and results. Candidates applying on appropriate
application form available on NTS website will only be considered for short
listing. TESCO reserves the right to withhold the recruitment process at any
stage. No TA/DA will be paid for test or interview. TESCO employees’ children
can apply against the last four posts against 20% employees’ children quota. These candidates must ensure to attach the
relevant documents mentioned in the application form along with employees
children proforma duly signed by the concerned XEN/SE concerned and CNIC of
father/ mother. They must provide an affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper to
the affect that their brother, sister or widow mother is not already employed in
WAPDA / TESCO against employees children quota. If proforma is not signed by
concerned XEN/SE, their application will not be entertained. Candidates
employing against disabled quota must attach disability certificate from
assessment board for the disabled person from city/ district/ provisional
council for rehabilitation of disabled person. After qualifying the inductions
examination of relevant posts, the order of merit f candidates applying under employees’
children quota will be prepared as per priorities mentioned in the rules.
