Pakistan Civil Aviation
Authority requires services of qualified individuals to fill the following
vacant posts where selection will be made purely on suitability and merit.

1 Director Flight Standards (EG-09)
Candidate must be
graduate from a HEC Recognized University. He must hold an ATPL and have a multi-engine
aircraft experience and must have a minimum 2000 hours flight time which
includes 1500 hours multi-engine time; and 500 hours pilot-in-command time. If
from the Armed Forces, must have been a qualified Pilot-in-Command preferably
with qualification and experience as a Flying Instructor with flying experience
on at least two types of Transport Aircraft At least 20 years of professional
experience in the field of Aviation. Proven successful senior management
experience in the aviation industry of at least ten years including staff
management (achievements obtained to be specified). Good knowledge of International Civil Aviation
Organization (ICAO) Standards for Air Operations. Experience of working
relationship with industry stakeholders. Proven experience of development and
successful implementation of documented management system in an Aviation
Organization. Knowledge of Quality Management System. Knowledge of Regulatory
and Safety Oversight Functions of Aviation. Maximum age is fifty seven years.

2 Additional Director Licensing (EG-07)
Candidate must be
graduate and held an ATPL or equivalent experience. Having administrative experience
in Aviation Management with 15 years of experience in Air Carrier Ops. General
Aviation / Armed Forces. Candidate having good command of English language and
computer literate are encourage to apply. Maximum age is 55 years including all
age relaxations.

3 Co-Pilot (Calibration) (EG-01)
Educational qualification
includes graduation with at least 2nd Division from HEC recognized University
with Valid CPL / IR License. Minimum flying hours 200 with Multi engine
aircraft rating experience is required. Maximum age is 28 years.

4 Airworthiness Surveyor (EG-01)
Candidates Must be
registered in Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and have a BE
(Aerospace/Avionics) with at least 2nd Division or equivalent CGPA.

(EG-01)
Qualification for
this post includes MBA / MPA / Masters in Aviation Management (minimum 16 years
education) from HEC Recognized University with at least 2nd Division or
equivalent CGPA.

6 Assistant Director Estates (EG-01)
A BE / BSc
(Engineering) in City and Regional Town Planning / Urban Development from HEC
Recognized University with at least 2nd division or equivalent CGPA or a BE /
BSc (Civil Engineering) / minimum 16 years education with sufficient experience
in City and Regional Town Planning / Urban Development is suitable for this
post.

7 Estates Surveyor (SG-05)
Candidates having
intermediate with at least 2nd division with two years land surveyor course
from a recognized institute are encourage to apply. He must have hands-on
experience of AutoCAD.

Candidate must have
intermediate with 2nd division with Patwar Course from a Recognized Institute
and 05 years of experience as Patwari. The candidate should be well versed with
the Ms-Office.

the Online Job Application Form along with CV, 02 recent Passport Size Coloured
Photographs, attested photocopies of CNIC, Domicile, all Educational documents
i.e. Degrees / Certificates, Transcript / Detailed Marks Certificate (DMC), PEC
Registration Certificate (for the post of Airworthiness Surveyor), Experience
Certificate(s) (if any) may be forwarded to Additional Director HR (TM),

advertisement. The applicants shall deposit Non-Refundable amount of Rs.1000/-
(Rupees One Thousand Only) in respect of positions mentioned at S.No1 to S.No 6
and Rs. 600/- in respect of the positions mentioned at S.No 7 & 8 in favour

Relaxation for the posts mentioned at S. No. 3 to S. No. 7 will be allowed as
per Federal Government Rules (please visit www.caapakistan.com.pk for details) Flying
Allowance for the post of Director Flight Standards & Co-Pilot
(Calibration) will be admissible to the successful candidate (s) as per CAA
Service Regulations. The selected candidates for the post of Airworthiness
Surveyor shall be required to execute a surety bond of Rs. 2,500,000/- at the
time of joining in CAA. Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or
submitting incomplete application shall not be considered. Applicants holding
equivalent qualifications must produce Equivalence Certificate issued from HEC in
respect of the particular qualification. Test / Interview will be conducted at
Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for which separate notices will
be issued (depending on the number of candidates). No TA / DA is not admissible
for test / interview. Appointment will be subject to CAA’s medical fitness
standards. Selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan. Government
servants / employees of autonomous bodies / corporations including CAA
employees should send their applications through proper channel. NOC from
current employer is mandatory before test / interview. Application received
after due date will not be considered / entertained. Misinformation and any
attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification
for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is
otherwise qualified. In case, any educational documents found fake / bogus at
any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately
and he / she will be blacklisted in future.
